First Week of Spring Season: Three Games, Three Results

All three Baltimore Celtic FC teams started the 2012 season on the right foot.  First, on Sunday, March 25th, the unlimited team defeated Imperial FC 3-1.  Then, on Tuesday, March 27th, the Masters Team (Over 40) drew 2-2 with LAFC.  Finally, on Thursday, March 29th the Old Bhoys (over 30) dismantled the Renegades 4-0 behind two goals from Mario Inacio, and one each from Mike Beach and Eric McPhee.

The Bhoys Win Season Opener!

The unlimited team opened their Spring 2012 campaign in Anne Arundel with a 3-1 thumping of Imperial FC.  Goals by Victor Sanchez, Mike Jeter and Karmo.

The Over 40 team (still recruiting players!) opened its Spring campaign Tuesday night and walked away with a 2-2 result.  The Masters Team did well in their first game playing together going up 2-0 in the first half before tiring in the second half (due to lack of subs) and conceding twice.

The Over 30 teams beings season play Thursday night.

Also, all player should mark their calenders for Saturday, April 7th for the First Annual Easter Weekend “Baltimore Celtic Generations Cup” where the Over 30/40 teams play the unlimited team for bragging rights and two rounds of drinks at Liam’s!
